Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Returns / Exchanges

No returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us and provide clear photo proof within 72 hours of delivery at: offdutymusepr@gmail.com.

If approved, we will provide store credit only for the eligible item. No refunds will be issued. Please do not return items without approval.

Final Sale / Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect with photos within 72 hours.
